Instant Cash and Check® Card
The Instant Cash & Check Card works just like your checkbook only it’s faster, easier and more convenient than writing a check. Purchase amounts are automatically deducted from your checking account. The card also works as your ATM card. There is no charge for our Instant Cash and Check Card, and ATM transactions are free at First Federal ATM locations and many Instant Cash locations.

For lost or stolen Instant Cash/Instant Cash and Check cards, please contact our main office in Bemidji at (888)751-5120 or (218)751-5120. After hours, please contact Instant Cash Lost/Stolen Card Support at (800)535-8440 or (612)316-1484.

ATM Network
We will not charge an ATM transaction fee when you use an ATM within our Instant Cash network. Our network includes First Federal ATM locations, Wells Fargo Bank location machines, and most Instant Cash brand machines at other financial institutions. Use of an ATM outside of this network may result in a transaction fee from us and/or a surcharge from other machine owners. Reorder Checks Online
To reorder business checks, go online to www.deluxeforms.com, or call (800)328-0304 to speak with a specialist. For security reasons, you cannot change account information, such as mailing address, at this time.

Online Credit Card Services
You can access your credit card account 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, by logging in to our Credit Card Services website. View you account history or make a credit card payment online. To learn more about our Credit Card products, contact your nearest First Federal branch location.

First Bankline – 24 Hour Telephone Account Access
For 24-hour automated account information, call (800)749-9606 or (218)751-9606. First Bankline provides 24-hour service to:

• Transfer funds between deposit accounts
• Obtain balance information
• Verify transaction activity
• Get tax information on interest earned or paid
